This section contains the Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands Area Contingency Plan (PRUSVIACP). This plan describes the strategy for a coordinated federal, state, tribal, and local response to a discharge or substantial threat of discharge of oil, or a release or substantial threat of release of hazardous substance(s), within the boundaries of the Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

This section contains the CRRT's Regional Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (RCP), and other related policies, protocols and guidance documents.
